Ampuku Massage

Ampuku is a traditional Japanese abdominal massage which has been practiced as a healing art since the 17th century. We can hold a lot of tension in our abdomen, and this gentle style of abdominal massage is so relaxing and can be very beneficial for increasing the circulation of the abdominal organs and helps to move the fascia. It can help with digestive issues and can help ease some women’s health issues such as menstrual discomfort and cramps.
